What is your return policy?
A. Satisfaction is Guaranteed : If, for any reason, you
do not like your new button, send it back to me in like-new
shape and I will refund your money minus the $1.00 donation
to help manatee rescue and protection programs. The
$1.00 donation is nonrefundable.
Q.
What button designs are available?
A. Currently I am offering one button design (the one
pictured above) but plan to soon be adding additional
buttons that feature different manatee photographs I have
taken.

Where does the Donation money go?
A. I am currently using the donation proceeds to help
fund the Sirenian International organization (http://www.sirenian.org).
I reserve the right to switch to supporting another manatee
rescue and protection program at any time. Please e-mail
me directly if you want any additional information.

What is your affiliation with Sirenian International?
A. I have no affiliation with Sirenian International other
than donating a portion of the proceeds from the sale
of Manatee Buttons to help fund their research, rescue,
and protection efforts.

Why don't you take charge card payments over the Internet?
A. Online credit card processing is expensive, but I am
looking for a processing service that will work and not
cost so much that I need to raise the price of the buttons.

What quantity discounts do you offer?
A. If you are interested in quantity discounts, please
e-mail
me with the number you want and I'll figure out more
accurate postage and discounts for you.
